Cannot disable Bounce Attack Validation for all policy groups

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to remove all enabled policy groups from the "Failed Bounce Attack Validation: Reject message (default)" policy, a pop up prevents all policy groups from being removed:

 

Cause

Currently, the default policy group will always show as enabled for the Bounce Attack Validation (BATV) policy. 

Resolution

If BATV has been configured and enabled, it may be disabled globally by 

1. Selecting the "Failed Bounce Attack Validation: Reject message (default)" policy in Spam > Policies > Email
2. Clicking the "Disable" button

The BATV policy will still show 1 policy group as configured but the policy itself will be disabled.
