Issue/Introduction

After applying SO08334, a LLA refresh caused LLA to abend. ACF2 not accepting logon's.
An ACF2 restart failed with -  IEW4009I FETCH FAILED FOR MODULE ACFMAIN FROM DDNAME -LNKLST-OF AN I?O ERROR.

Release : 16.0

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

After applying the PTF, the Linklist library, CAX1LINK went into Extents.
The required LLA refresh following the APPLY, caused LLA to abend because of the extents.
This resulted in ACF2 incapacitating user logons.
     (Libraries in the linklist must not have any extents, just the primary allocations to work properly) 
 
To get around this condition, Increase size of ACF2 linklist library to avoid going into extents when an LLA refresh is requested.
An IPL is required to reset the LINKLIST pointers.
