Failed to import roles and tasks

Issue/Introduction

While importing the Roles and Tasks the following error message is displayed:

Error:  Unexpected null value

Environment

Identity Manager 14.x (vApp or Standalone)

Cause

In some cases, the Provisioning Roles' eTID is empty and cause the "Unexpected null value" message.

Resolution

You can enable the option below in Management Console and try to import again and check the log file and verbose message for the root cause
