U00011801 Error in Server routine 'UCGENX_R' (ORA-06512) causing forced traces

Issue/Introduction

A number of forced traces can be observed containing the following error message:

U00003590 UCUDB - DB error: 'OCIStmtExecute', 'ERROR   ', '', 'ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at line 1'
U00011801 Error in Server routine 'UCGENX_R', Server: 'xyz#WPnnn' AE system: 'xyz'.

Release : 12.2 and 12.3

Software Bug

Resolution

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug and will be fixed with

* Automation Engine V12.2.11 - currently planned, but not confirmed, for end of March 2022

* Automation Engine V12.3.8 - available
