Bad Request from Ecometer Admin Console

Ecometer 5.02
Windows 2012

Login in Ecometer Admin console.
Get the metric collected from a device.
When we launch "Show Chart" command from a collected metric I get a "Bad Request Error"

but  can't find the server.xml under the portal installation.
