Issue/Introduction

as a result of security patching requirements we are being asked to have the most current versions of java supported by broadcom for Secure Proxy Server on Windows OS.  currently deployed we have Windows Server 2012 r2 & 2016 - all are currently at 12.8sp2 will be updated to 12.8sp3 in the coming months.

For 12.8.03 Access Gateway: AdoptOpenJDK 1.8.212 (or later updates on 1.8.x) 64 bit

For 12.8.02 and lower: Oracle JDK 1.8 (or later updates on 1.8.x) 64 bit
