Spectrum SPM All Tests (SPC-OCC-10538: No Models Found)

Issue/Introduction

After successful Spectrum upgrade from 10.3.2 to 10.4.2, SPM All Tests fails to display any tests that existed before upgrade.  All TestHosts have the hosts that support the tests and All Test Templates displays all tests for each host but with a status of unknown.

Resolution

Test Hosts were deleted and rediscovered. Tests were then re-added to the test Hosts.
