Event Enabled gets unchecked when changing CIT object name

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a custom investment called Business Case and make sure the "Event Enabled" is checked.
2. Rename the custom investment Business Case to Business Case1.

Expected:  Event Enabled flag should remain checked.

Actual:  The Event Enabled flag gets unchecked. 

This happen very subtlety and the impact is that it disables the auto-start for all CIT processes.   
The "Event Enabled" flag goes to read-only so you are not able to check this flag again.

Cause

This is caused by Defect DE54000

Resolution

This Defect is solved as from 15.8.1
