Issue/Introduction

In service dashboard if you have an alarmed service it appears in red (ok), the problem is that if you acknowledge the service, the service dashboard is still red (not ok), is there any way to solve this?

Environment

Release : 10.4.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Acknowledging it means that it has been assigned to a trouble shooter but the criticality remains the same.  So what you have reported is functioning as designed.  If you want the alarm to be removed and the criticality of the service to change, you need to clear the the alarm.
