Running Gen cse_config on HP-UX and get a CAPKI Encryption error

Issue/Introduction
When try to run CSE Configuration process (cse_config) on an HP- UX for Gen 8.6 CSE install, get error:
/opt/CA/CAGen86/cse/bin>cse_config
ERROR: CAPKI Encryption subsystem initialization failed.
Environment
Gen 8.6 Client Server Encyclopedia
Resolution
To prevent this error, set the 'CASHCOMP' environment variable to '/opt/CA/SharedComponents' and re-attempt the cse_config process.
