Issue/Introduction

Unable to connect to insight and create or review any reports in Google Chrome browser

Some symptoms include:

Insight reports are not listed in AAI WebUi to run a report
Unable to review insight related reports list
Adhoc report on Insight is not working - running the Ad hoc report for login history from Insight does not bring back any data

Cause

New update to Google Chrome browser: https://duo.com/decipher/google-rolls-out-samesite-cookie-changes-to-chrome

Resolution

Make sure the full domain name of the server is used in the browser
