Default directories being created during startup and then created in Siteminder

Issue/Introduction

Seeing default directories being created during startup and then created in Siteminder.

This occurs during IDM startup - it creates the directory in IDM management, then in Siteminder- siteminder then tries to connect to this directory which does not exist and will hang. 

Environment

Release : 14.3

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

This was due to checking the 'out of the box' option during the installation.  

Resolution

Remove the directory XML files from \iam_im.ear\user_console.war\META-INF

Shut down the environment, Clear the temp files and then start the environment
