How to configure Automation Point Alert Manager using HTTPS?

Resolution

It's possible to use HTTPS with Apache Tomcat.

To use HTTPS with AP Alert Manager, it's needed to change an Apache Tomcat setting.

This chapter describes how to change Tomcat to use HTTPS.
It's done in the server.xml file in the Tomcat /Conf directory.

Additional Information

Most important is the "Edit the Tomcat Configuration File" section, however the rest of the doc is useful as well, if there isn't already the necessary certificates.
