We are receiving false alarm for MANAGEMENT AGENT LOST coming in CA Spectrum for few devices, But our devices is running .

What method are you using to test that these alerts are false?
The usual cause of such a complaint is that the device loses contact temporarily alarms in spectrum but then gains connection quickly afterwards. The team then polls the devices and sees it is up and thinks the alarms wrong. After 3 minutes Spectrum polls the device and clears the alarm. If this is what is happening here, you should increase the timeouts and retries on those devices to stop spectrum alarming so quickly.
This shows that just polling the device after the event is not a valid way to test this. The only valid way to do test if the alarm is false is to run a sniffer trace or packet capture on one of these devices and when you receive the next alert in Spectrum we can see what was happening on the device.
