Issue/Introduction

Description:

After importing the sample Knowledge content from Knowledge Broker (as described in the "Implementation Guide"), the images are not displayed and a red "X" is displayed in their place.

Solution:

Apply the latest Cumulative Patch for 12.7 CA SDM (Cumulative Patch 1 or later).
