Issue/Introduction

Agent for Peoplesoft (plugin) failed to start with error in agent's peoplesoft log:

Component : Workload Automation Agent for PeopleSoft

Cause

Invalid PeopleSoft database password.

Resolution

Update the following PeopleSoft database password parameter in agent's agentparm.txt file;

ps.db.accessPassword

• Sets the encrypted password that the agent plug-in uses to connect to the PeopleSoft database.
  Example: 7379736XXXX
  
  Note: Use the Agent's password utility to encrypt the password.

Change the Default Database User ID and Password
