Ability to opt out from MFA on SAAS

Issue/Introduction

We are having an Okta login screen when connecting to Test and Dev. Can we disable the MFA for Test/Dev only on SAAS?

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

All customer’s environments go through the same OKTA authentication. Hence there will be enforced MFA for all environments.

If the customer opts in to avoid MFA, we can set that up but this has to be done for all their environments (Prod, Test etc). They cannot have different policies for prod and non-prod as the OKTA authentication is same for all environments.
