Is there an option in Vision Report (Quikjob) to only process a COMPILE and not require a data file?

Issue/Introduction

Trying to diagnose a new program and it fails, but not sure if it is data or compiler. Is there a way to just perform a compile only option similar ro Vision Results?

Environment

Vision Report any release

Resolution

VISION:Report does not have a compile or freeze feature like  
VISION:Sixty and VISION:Results.
