This document explains what certification can be used in EEM r12 which is provided on the CA Service Desk Manager 12.7 media
Solution:
EEM r12 supports P12, PEM and PKCS#11 Certificates.
There is a limitation where the use of p12 certificates is disabled when EEM is configured for FIPS-only mode.
