CSM encounters startup failure after the apache-tomcat upgrade to 7.0.72 (PTF RO93077)

Issue/Introduction

CA Chorus Software Manager (CSM) encounters the following failure at startup: 

SEVERE: Failed to initialize connector ÝConnectorÝHTTP/1.1-21120¨ 

Error loading SSL Implementation com.ca.sslsocket.CASSLImplementation   

This problem occurred after the PTF RO93077 was applied to upgrade the CSM Apache tomcat from 7.0.42 to 7.0.72

Cause

Two files were missing from the 7.0.72 /../msmruntime/apache-tomcat/lib directory after the TOMCATUS.sh shell script completed.

The missing files were CA-SSLSocket-6.1.0.jar and ecj-4.4.2.jar

Resolution

It is unknown why the two files were missing from the 7.0.72 /../msmruntime/apache-tomcat/lib directory, but copying CA-SSLSocket-6.1.0.jar, and ecj-4.4.2.jar from the previous 7.0.42 /../msmruntime/apache-tomcat/lib directory into the 7.0.72 /../msmruntime/apache-tomcat/lib directory corrected the problem condition.
