Issue/Introduction
We are facing issues related to processes in the SaaS Environment.
The processes which contain email notification scripts are erred out with an error " Cannot connect to mail server: DUMMYMAIL".
Environment
Clarity PPM 15.x
Cause
The mail server is not enabled on the environment.
Resolution
Raise a support case to have the email server enabled on the environment.
