Issue/Introduction

 

When planning to upgrade our CA Access Gateway (SPS) to 12.8SP5 some
questions might raise up :

  1. Where to get the documents for upgrading ?
  2. Where to get the prerequisites for upgrading ?
  3. Where to get the binaries for upgrading ?

 

Resolution

 

1. Find the upgrade documentation (1) and installation steps if needed
   (2).
   
2. Check the pre-requisites (3) and make sure that the CA Access
   Gateway (SPS) OS follow the Support Matrix (4).

   Among the others, make sure that the CA Access Gateway (SPS)
   12.8SP5 will use AdoptOpenJDK.
   
3. Find the CA Access Gateway (SPS) 12.8SP5 binaries (5). Insure to be
   logged in to get access to the binaries.
