When copying a member to PO file, the member name is prefixed with "Z"

Issue/Introduction

When copying a member to PO file, if the member name starts with a number, the "Z" is added to the beginning of the member.

Resolution

This is a Librarian design that matches the specifications of the PO file.
Member name of PO file cannot start with a number.

AllFusion CA-Librarian uses the module name as the member name, unless the module name begins with a numeric character, in which case AllFusion CA-Librarian prefixes the letter Z to the first seven characters of the module name to create the member name (Zxxxxxxx).
