About the SWA=BELOW to ABOVE in the JES2PARM

Issue/Introduction

"SWA=BELOW" is specified to the JOBCLASS(STC) in the JES2PARM at present.
Please advise whether changing the setting to SWA=ABOVE in order to allocate SWA above 16MB might impact  SMR and  JMR.
