TMC did not update after the bypass the TMSXITA

Issue/Introduction

The customer reported that CA 1 did not record in the TMC the information of the 1st file running the multi-files tape job.
Therefore, the customer got the abend IEFTMS50 2XX- 08 with NS(52).
