Unable to see many features after logging in with an LDAP account, such as groups blank, slm blank, and alarm policies are empty

Issue/Introduction

Unable to see many features after logging in with an LDAP account:

-setup wizard icon is missing
-selecting SLM is blank
-settings > admin console missing
-settings > alarm policies are empty
-settings > account admin > ACL tab is missing

Resolution

If a user is part of an LDAP group and that is tied to an account contact, that user would not have access to ACL. Make sure the Account Link is left blank:
