How do you Backout Unwanted Groups on IAM?

Issue/Introduction
Too many Groups were pulled in on IAM after a "Sync LDAP Groups to Identity and Access Manager".
How do you back out the unwanted groups and keep only the ones you want?

Release : 10.6
Component : CA Service Virtualization
Cause
N/A
Resolution
If you pull in too many groups before putting in a filter you can delete all the unneeded group by doing the following.
To remove unwanted groups, put in your Filter then set "Drop non-existing groups during sync" to ON.
Save.
Then "Sync LDAP Groups to Identity and Access Manager" again.
Only groups corresponding to the filter will remain and all others will be removed.
