Rally: Test Folder moved to another project but it doesn't show up in that project.

Issue/Introduction

I moved a test folder from Project A to Project B, but it doesn't show up in Project B under Test Plan.  

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Resolution

Folders can have other folders as parents, we call this nested folders.  If the Test Folder is nested, the test folder will show in Project of the highest level parent Test Folder.
