UI Console will not load

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The manager debug triage tests page shows COMPLETED.

A check of the UI debug page shows a few fails in the triage tests page.

Type repository started
Type repository loaded
Domain connection
Domain poller connected

We stop/start the User Interface service and now the UI is working.
