Post upgrade to UIM 20.3.1 cabi probe v4.20 fails to start, CABI not working and Dashboard failed to load

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded UIM in production to 20.3.1 and CABI is not working. The rest of the Operator Console (OC) seems to be working with the exception of the CABI interface.

cabi and wasp probes appear green, and when going to the CABI URL http://XXXXXXX.abc.xxx.xxx.com:80/cabijs the page is displayed but we cannot login with superuser or any other creds. It was working prior to the upgrade and we need assistance to correct this.
