Sync Now portfolio triggers unexpected processes

Issue/Introduction

Syncronnizing the portfolio contents triggers the execution of processes that are not meeting the autostart conditions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create a process that would start only if the portfolio name changes.
Autostart condition
( Portfolio Portfolio Name != Portfolio Portfolio Name [Previous Value] ) 

2. Open a Portfolio and go the tab Contents Editor

3. Click on Sync Now

Expected Result: Portfolio contents are syncrhonized. The process is not triggered.
Actual Result: Portfolio contents are syncrhonized, but the process is triggered.

Workaround: None/Disable processes.

This is being investigated as Defect DE58789

Resolution

This Defect is currently under review by SE (Sustaining Engineering)
