How to reload the Spectrum SSdb Catalog?

Issue/Introduction

Need to revert back to older catalog, how is this done?

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

1. Stop the SpectroSERVER

2. Navigate a bash shell to $SPECROOT/SS

3. Type:

../SS-Tools/SSdbload -c <SSdbsavefile.ssdb>

 

-c will load only the catalog from the saved database.

Catalog stores items like custom attributes or model types.
