ROC - Create Step Errors with No matching process found or 422 Unprocessable Entity

Issue/Introduction
On using some action where you are trying to create a deployment step using the ROC * actions you may get below errors.
Errors in logs: "No matching process found. Please check the process name that was provided."
Errors in Action:
The process finishes with status 422
HTTP/1.1 422 Unprocessable Entity

Cause
The use of wrong path of process in earlier actions which used to work in older version, which been fixed due to some regression reported due to incorrect process path.
Resolution
Use the process full path correctly as also mentioned in the actions description for example ROC - Create Step
Recommendation: Try to use the correct full path i.e. Processes/Tibco/Amplia_FS_CIR_TIB_ONL_CEP_EI_PP_PR
