The spectrum_gtw queue on the hub there is a buildup happening.
When restart the SpectrumGTW probe it is cleared, but after a short while the buildup start again

Please refer to below steps and give it a try:
1 - Deactivate spectrumgtw
2 - Delete the the contents of the Nimsoft/probes/gateway/spectrumgtw/cache folder
3 - Activate spectrumgtw
4 - Open the spectrumgtw GUI in Admin Console
a- Under Spectrum Configuration, Click "Actions"
b- Under Actions do both "Synchronize All Alarms Now" and "Synchronize All Inventory Now"
