UIM Robot appears as inactive when it is not

Issue/Introduction

A robot is displayed in red within UIM, but actually it seems to be ok.

A critical alarm for that robot has been raised ("Robot srappl036p000 is inactive").

We have already deleted the niscache folder content and restarted the nimsoft service.
