Issue/Introduction

When looking in the Oneclick console, there may be data that looks incorrect.  For example:

 

However when looking at the same model on another OneClick, it shows fine:

Other items might be that when you run the Device Search the device does not show in the results:

 

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : SPCOCK - Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

Clear the tomcat tomcat cache:

1.  Stop Tomcat
2.  Remove the $SPECROOT/tomcat/work folder
3.  Start Tomcat

It is also recommended to clear local java cache is using java console or browser cache if using webapp.
