No bubble in workflow monitor when task is commented

Issue/Introduction

AWI 12.3.3 and 12.3.4 do not show the comment indicator (icon or bubble) for a task in a workflow monitor that has a comment put on it

The comment indicator appears in 12.3.2 (AWI, AE), but not in versions 12.3.3 or 12.3.4.

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a workflow
2) Add some tasks to the workflow
3) Run the workflow and go to "Last Monitor"
4) Put a comment onto a task

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The Monitor should see an icon that shows there is a comment.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Unable to see icon in monitor.
The icon does show in the executions for the tasks.

Release : 12.3.3 and 12.3.4 only

Workaround:

Use the statistics or executions for the workflow to view comments

Resolution:

This has been fixed in 12.3.5 on the Rest API of the Automation Engine, released on Feb 22, 2021.

Additional Information

Resolution description: Bug has been fixed in the REST API. The comment flag in workflow tables is set when a new comment is added.
