Issue/Introduction

Unable to open iDash Admin Tool GUI. Trying to launch the AdminTool.jnlp file does nothing.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IDASH

Resolution

The .jnlp file was not opening. We checked the application associated with the .jnlp file extension and it was Internet Explorer. Changed the file association to javaws located in /CA/idash/jre/bin. AdminTool then launched without issue.
