Issue/Introduction

There is not an arrow showing a dependency when the dependency is from one task to another task that is off the screen

The arrow is visible when opening in Gantt

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

PreReqs

Create a Project with tasks, enough where you have to scroll to see them all.

1.  New UX - Open Project
2.  Go to Tasks Module
3.  Open in Gantt
4.  Make a couple of dependencies on close tasks
5.  Make a dependency from the first task to the last task
6.  Close Gantt
7.  Go to Timeline View

Expected Results: See a reference to the dependency just created

Actual Results: Do not see any reference to the dependency from the first task to the last task.  Also, when scrolling, the arrows temporarily disappear

Workaround: Use Gantt instead of Timeline View

Release : 15.8.1, 15.9

Component : CA PPM SAAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Cause
