Accessing Broadcom Clarity SaaS Status Page

Issue/Introduction

The Broadcom Service Status provides transparency around service availability and performance for Broadcom software products.

Clarity SaaS service notifications have been transitioned to Broadcom Service Status

All future communications regarding your Clarity SaaS environment will come from the Broadcom Service Status page. In order to continue to receive these notifications, follow the steps listed in the Resolution section of this article.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Broadcom Service Status
  2. Click on the tile Clarity SaaS 
  3. Click on plus sign next to the region where your environment is deployed. For example United States
  4. Click on the bell icon next to the group ID on which your environment is housed. For example Production-US1-001
  5. Click on the "Subscribe" button on the top right of the page to complete the subscription process.
  6. Populate your email address that you would like to receive emails from
  7. After populating the email the system will send you a email to the provided email address. Email will look like the following:
  8. Click on the link provided in the email to complete the email verification process, after which you will see the following subscribed button on the top right of the Clarity Status page.  
  9. Clicking on the subscription button will allow users to set/change/unsubscribe their notification preference as follows:
