Issue/Introduction

Timesheet - 'Time Entry Notes' portlet does not populate Resource, Time Period, Task name details and notes entered do not get saved in the portlet when PRID value in Prtimeentry table is 10 digits.

Release : 15.6.1, 15.7.1, 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Cause

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 


1. In a Clarity application that has 10 digit values in the PRID column of Prtimeentry table, go into Classic Timesheet, enter some hours on a Timesheet and submit
2. Ensure that the 'Note Icon' is availanle on the first column of the Timesheet page.
3. Click on the Note Icon 

Expected Results: 
Timesheet - 'Time Entry Note's portlet should populate Resource, Time Period and Task name details

Actual Results: 
Timesheet - 'Time Entry Note's portlet do not populate Resource, Time Period and Task name details and notes entered get lost.

Resolution

Resolved in 15.9.1 and ported to 15.8.1.3
