ACF2 - MSGOPTS with MSGS setting will be changed to ACF01125

Issue/Introduction

After implementation of MSGOPTS, the messages listed in the MSGS setting will be changed to ACF01125. Can I check if the message number logged to the SMFLOG will remain the same as before, or will it be change to ACF01125 as well?

Release : 16.0

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

The normal (unmodified) SMF record will be written, the ACFRPTPW – Invalid Password/Authority Log report will show appropriate detail when using MSGOPTS.

SMF record will not change to ACF01125 when using Generic Message Options (MSGOPTS).

To view the GSO MSGOPTS record, issue the following commands:
