Issue/Introduction

Unable to disconnect these users from the connections tab, even when the users are not online.

Environment

Release : 12.X

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

issue is related to the CP's performance, Make sure you dont have any CPU utilization reached to 100%

Resolution

Follow below solutions.

1. Preform rebuilding indexes on AWA.

2. Issue is resolved by performing Cold start, Do reach support for suggestion before performing Cold Start.
