Issue/Introduction

LDAP users are not able to log into Spectrum OneClick. The following error is seen in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out (Linux) or stdout.log (Windows):

javax.naming.CommunicationException: javax.naming.CommunicationException: <HOSTNAME/IP OF THE LDAP SERVER>:389 [Root exception is java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host (Host unreachable)]

Cause

Network issue reaching the LDAP system.

Resolution

Resolve network communication issue between the OneClick and LDAP systems.
