CA-cci start fails to start with FAIL 4

Issue/Introduction

When running "unisrvcntr start CA-CCS" we get failed message for CA-cci .

unisrvcntr start CA-CCS
CA-diadna is already running.
Executed CA-diadna start.........................................OK
Executed CA-cci start............................................FAIL 4

Environment

Release : 11.3.6 and higher

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Found out that file '$CASHCOMP/ccs/cci/config/<hostname>/cci.pid contained a process id.
This process id was pointing to an existing oracle process.

Renamed cci.pid to cci.pid_previous and restarted cci thru 'unisrvcntr start CA-cci'.
New cci.pid is created containing process id of compone 'CA-CCI Server'.

CCI starts up normally.
