DevTest Portal Virtual Service Metrics report shows JasperReports error.

Issue/Introduction

When selecting a specific Virtual Service Metrics report, the following error is shown:  JasperReports encountered an error on context creation!

Environment

All supported DevTest releases and platforms.

Resolution

After configuring the lisadb.pool.common.url property without {{LISA_HOME}} but with the actual path, the problem was resolved.
