WCC Error - Invalid Credential users/The command could not be executed. Command processing exception encountered.

Issue/Introduction

Getting "Invalid credentials user" in WCC credentials when when trying to validate user. The user/password is valid. Also receiving "The command could not be executed. Command processing exception encountered." when commands are run from ECLI. 

Environment

AutoSys 11.3.6SP8

WCC 11.4 SP7

Cause

The password for the users does not match between the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow file

Resolution

Need to have the password field in the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow fields match.
