Issue/Introduction

I found that by adding the security right 'Timesheet - Navigate' user will get to view Timesheet in MUX. However I would like to limit certain user from Returning the timesheet once it's submitted. We only allow Project Managers to return timesheet. Is there a way to hide the Return button from normal user.

Resolution

There is a native configuration function in workflow definition where you can lock and unlock specified attributes - for example, this workflow 'unlocks' the status attribute, but could also 'lock' it.
