Identity manager update of directory.xml causes unwanted changes in SSO

Issue/Introduction

We are noticing a bug that happens when we update the corporate directory XML. If you set the User DN lookup to imLoginID in Siteminder, and make a change to the IDM Corporate XML, the login value in Siteminder gets changed to UID.

The XML parser that IM uses is additive only. it will not "skip" certain parts, so at this time I would expect any change to the directory XML and import would reset the values in SM.
