The root operating system level is not accessible to the Admin user. Customers are unable to make changes to the operating system or install 3rd party software.
The commands and folders that the Admin user has access to, are limited, in order to prevent changes or access beyond the appliances design goals.
Broadcom tests, releases and publishes the EDR appliance as a standard image.
